All Pest and Termite was founded by Todd Parke with a simple goal: to make pest-control information easier to understand and more accessible when people need it most. Homeowners and renters often struggle to identify what pest they’re dealing with, how serious the issue is, and whether it can be handled on their own or requires professional help. The company was created to simplify that process by helping users quickly identify the pest, understand the problem, and determine the right next step.
This approach led to the development of The Pest ID, a tool designed to help users identify pests from photos or descriptions and receive relevant, practical guidance. The broader mission of All Pest and Termite is to connect reliable pest education with real-world solutions, including prevention tips, DIY options, product recommendations, and access to professional services when needed. At its core, the company is focused on giving people useful information first, so they can make more informed decisions about how to handle their pest problems.
About All Pest and Termite
All Pest and Termite was born out of a cockroach infestation that humbled us.
My wife and I did what most people do — we cleaned, sprayed, smashed a few with a shoe, and when none of that worked, we set off foggers. That system had always worked before. This time, it didn’t. The roaches didn’t just survive — they multiplied.
After two rounds of bombing our apartment with zero results, we were seeing them in almost every room at all hours of the day. We felt powerless. We had three options: find a real solution, move, or burn the place down. We aren’t quitters, and I have a deep aversion to prison — so we chose to fight.
A call to a local exterminator changed everything. We learned we weren’t dealing with common sewer roaches — we had German cockroaches, one of the most aggressive species out there. And everything we’d been doing — the spraying, the fogging — was probably the worst approach, especially in an apartment.
That’s when it hit me: big-box stores and hardware stores have no vested interest in helping you get rid of your pest problem. They only have a vested interest in helping you manage it.
Armed with the right information, we built a plan with the right products, the right dosages, and the right timing. And it worked.
Why We Built This
That experience showed me that regular people — homeowners, renters, property managers — are fighting pest problems every day with the wrong information, the wrong products, and no one in their corner actually trying to help them win.
I built the Pest ID tool because the first step to solving any pest problem is knowing exactly what you’re dealing with. Not guessing. Not assuming the spray on the shelf is going to work. Knowing.
